While we were working on the Personalized Procedures website, Jordan Gill asked if we could also create a new logo for her podcast, Systems Saved Me. We were already integrating the podcast into her website and creating a fun episodes graphic template for Jordan to utilize so we were excited to design a new logo for the podcast as well!
- Utilize her current colors and branding
- Incorporate a neon sign vibe
- Create a podcast cover image
Jordan provided some really awesome inspiration for the vibe she was looking for so from there we were off to the races and designed 3 concepts! Since we loveee to give you some behind-the-scenes we're taking you start to finish with this logo! Here's a look at the 3 initial concepts we presented:
After seeing our initial concepts, Jordan was in love with concept 1 -- the neon sign concept (and so were we!) so it was off to revisions to make some tweaks. This time we played with the intensity of the neon lighting as well as the levels on the concrete background.
So which one did Jordan pick?! The one right below! We love her choice and think the concrete background is the perfect accent to help the podcast cover image pop in iTunes! After the logo was finalized we also created an episode graphic that will highlight who is featured on each podcast on the website.
We love how the Systems Saved Me logo and graphic turned out (I mean, hello… NEON!) and we’re so excited to keep up with the podcast!
