We know not everyone knows or has access to Photoshop so we created graphics that can be customized in free and online design programs. Today I'm going to be walking you through the steps of customizing templates from the Bold Boss School Resource Library in one of our favorite online design services, Canva!
Start by downloading the sets of templates you'd like from the Resource Library. For this example, we're going to be using the Boxed Overlay Social Media Template.
Within the customizable graphics folders you will find a folder titled "Canva" and a Photoshop file. Go ahead and either download the whole Canva folder or click to the next screen and download the color/design options you would like to use.
Log in to your Canva account and click on the button "Create a Design"
From here you will want to scroll down to the "Social Media Posts" category and click the "Instagram" option.
Once it has opened the canvas, look on the lefthand side and click "Uploads". From here you will upload the template from the Bold Boss Resource Library.
Once your upload is complete, click on it so that it appears on the canvas. Then adjust the edges as needed. From here you can click the text options and add a custom quote, blog title, promo text or whatever you would like.
Once you have added text and adjusted the fonts and colors as desired you can click on the "Download" button at the top. Click on "PNG" and download.
And there you have it! A customized graphic ready to share!
