Tell us your bold boss story!:
I got into business in 2013. I was a stay at home mom, and my daughter was finally headed to preschool! I had never experienced a period of time where I wasn’t working, going to school or both simultaneously, since the age of 14, so the thought of getting back out there was really exciting. Welp, I found out I was pregnant again. I was happy, but worried… “How could I go another 3 years as a stay at home mom?” It was then that I decided to try my hand at working from home. I started brainstorming over my life experiences and work history and I decided to become a personal concierge.
I was in foster care system during my teens, which inspired me to go into social work. It made sense since I had a natural desire to serve and connect with people. I drafted my business plan and hit networking groups. After 3 years, it was extremely fulfilling, but due to a family health crisis, I had to pivot my entrepreneurial plan. I took a sabbatical from concierge work and started building my gift service business, Ceh~Flora Gift Co.
Ceh~Flora is a multifaceted gift service that provides gifts in three ways:
1. Curated Boxes -These boxes are pre-curated and can be selected from a menu.
2. Peerless Boxes- These are custom boxes built based on need, occasion etc.
3. Excursion Boxes- (COMING SOON) A subscription box that would allow brave hearts to receive items ranging from skincare to food items to fashion and more!

I think my greatest achievement is maintaining being attentive to my family and teaching my girls they can be boss ladies too!
What advice or words of encouragement do you have for the Bold Boss Tribe?:
Business is hard work. If you don't cry once in the process, you aren't hustling hard enough. Keep pushing forward. If something doesn't work out, don't quit, pivot.
